Exceptional customer service, credit where it’s due, friendly and polite staff very accommodating and try their best to cater for all needs.

On to the food, one of the best burgers I’ve had to date. I ordered “Mr Boring” if there ever was a more contradictorily deceptive name this would be it. As I’m on a diet I wanted something completely plain no cheese no sauce no salad, absolutely nothing except the succulent gourmet burger itself (toppings and sauces often mask the actual flavour of the meat). And WOW was i surprised! It was seasoned to perfection, not over powering or underwhelming. It had literally just come out the shop and I ate it hot and fresh in the car. It was thick and juicy bursting with flavour and the the juices from the meat were just oozing out with each bite which brings me to my next point…

I’ve actually never had or seen this type of burger bun before in any other takeaway before but my goodness it was buttery soft, light and airy like a fluffy cloud soaking up all the beautiful juices of the meat patty just enhancing the whole experience.

My final feedback goes to the packaging, very clever albeit expensive box that opens up into a plate, saves washing up, very sturdy unlike its flimsy counterparts and recyclable for those who care.

I can’t wait to go back, this is now hands down my favourite go to eat out place. Look forward to trying the pizza next…keep up the...

I'm not sure what the situation is here but it needs clarifying asap by the owners.

If you order online from this branch the website states 'everything' in the store is "100% halal".

However, if you order from the same store on Uber they have an item called "I'm NOT Halal Burger" which is described as "for pork lovers". I don't understand what kind of marketing this is, but any respectable Muslim would be put off from ordering from a store that labels it's items with such a disrespectful name.

There is also another item "Hair of the Dog Burger" which contains Jack Daniels BBQ sauce. This sauce contains 0.3ml Jack Daniels Whiskey.

This would mean the store is misleading Muslim customers in to believing it is a 100% shop.

Please clarify asap and update your menu.

We made a large order for a work do for food to be delivered in an hours time. 1 and half hours later food had not arrived. When we tried calling to locate the delivery we were put on hold for 15 mins. Called back for an update and were told food had already been delivered. When we said we hadn't received the food we were told this would arrive within 10 mins. 25 mins later we had to chase again. When the food finally arrived an hour and half late, there was one pizza missing which never turned up and there were no sauces. Considering the complete mess up and delay there was no attempt to provide anything extra to make up for this not even a can of pop to say sorry for the complete mess and 2.5 hours it took for them to fulfil part of the order. Very disappointed....
