Ordered a meal from here last night when it came we received spare ribs instead of spring rolls and we was told we could swap the spare ribs for the spring rolls or next time we ordered we could have a free spare ribs poor customer service. The noodles was the worse noodles I had ever tried we all said that , the chips were like little thin. Chips not normal standard Chinese chips , the chicken was thin and looked not as nice we normally get . I tried it once and would not go back when the driver passed me the food it fell on the floor . First time trying WANS House since 2020 and due to the reviews I was apprehensive. We normally go to Dunton Bassett arms. I wouldn’t normally write a review, but I feel like I should as the food was delicious. I had the wandering dragon. My husband had his usual beef curry. Everything was fresh hot and really tasty. Lots of lovely vegetables .. The service was really good too, so this will be our new go to place for our Chinese takeaways from now on. If I could give more stars I would. Had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor—definitely one of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had in a while. What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. The young man at the till was incredibly helpful, both in person and over the phone.
