Pizza Rizza — Restaurant in Bolsover

DO NOT ORDER FROM!!! Ordered food from just eats last night and my experience turned terrifying!! Ordered at 12:30 last night. Payment went through but then told it was shut. I was home alone as it was my partners birthday and he was still out with friends and at 2am I had someone banging down my door AND trying to get in! I had to call my partner home as I was terrified and it last for about 5-10 minutes so as I was about to call the police and it stopped. I had a number ring me but I was on the phone to my partner I then listened to the voicemail to find out it was my food!!!! You would NEVER think a delivery guy would bang my door down like that AND proceed to try and get into my house!!! I thought I was going to be robbed or severely hurt!! My partner then called him back and he proceeded to scream and yell at my partner and then refused to bring the food back not like I wanted to eat after all that anyways. I am actually traumatised from this experience please avoid ordering from this place. I want to take further action and will be looking into to how. I ordered food from here, it was late but they accepted the order. The app shows you a countdown of cooking and delivery. 30mins into my order the app said the food had been delivered? I waited a further 10 mins, still no food so I rang the shop, which was now closed. Thankfully they picked up and said the food was on its way. 25 mins later, still no food, rang again and was told he's on his way. 10 mins later, I got a cold, over cooked pizza. The driver apologised for being late. It took 1hr 20 mins order to delivery and it went straight in the bin. The worst service I’ve ever received tonight. Staff are extremely rude when you have a problem with your order Food arrived and was missing items, when I called to tell them I was asked if I wanted it this time or next (if I hadn't wanted it I wouldn't have ordered it. My order arrived I do understand they may be busy but entire order was cold on arrival. I was informed they were busy but after another hour and 20 minutes missing items still hadn't arrived at which point I called back and told them not to bother sending it, lady who answered the phone was rude and had a very couldn't care...
