Worst service experienced…. I visited that place with my wife, we call the waiter who was serving other Afghan customers, he didn’t take our order and keep us waiting. We thought he might be busy in serving other customers and will be appear in a while. We saw him serving his native customers but ever calling him to take our order many times, no one takes our order for around more than 45 minutes. I even went to the counter to complain but nothing change. I was shocked and disappointed. Normally if restaurant is busy they serve you with starter or drinks, so they get some time to serve you but they haven’t bothered. We even left the place. I was so much shocked with their behaviour that I discussed with few close friends, one of my friend told me with hesitation that as my wife is white that’s why they didn’t serve me. I was really shocked and it really hearts me a lot. He told me sometimes when white customers come to eat inside they do like that, take away is fine but they don’t want to serve them in their utensils. That really leaves me speechless. I just have to say, if it’s like that then finish sitting and just make it take away. By living here in English country and trying to behave like native and calling them Muslims. It doesn’t suit… I really feel bad and...

Just love this place and food is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you are made so welcome and the food is just amazing and for us as a family we host love this place. I see some negative comments have been made and this is sad because we go every week and the owner is nothing but welcome and even going above and beyond to make you welcome and serve you the best food ever. The place is spotlessly clean and everything for me is a 10 out of 10. Having been going to this place now for a long time I do know that if for some reason you are not happy about something and you speak to the owner about it I know he will definitely do his best to accommodate you sorting it out and he will do that with excellent customer service. I really could not find or say anything negative about this place and its a must try for anybody who loves this kind of food. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Afghan Cuisine’n’Grill and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was top-notch.

I decided to try their famous Kabuli Pulao, and it did not disappoint. The rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the tender lamb pieces added a delicious flavor to the dish. The portion size was generous, and I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied.

The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with beautiful Afghan decor. The seating was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal.
