Burger king Breakfasts. So called for a breakfast had two meals which weren't cheap £14.85 in total but they were nice yet little difference in styles 1 was a breakfast king meal with hashbrowns and a drink and one ultimate breakfast meal still feel cheated mind. If you get hashbrowns with the meal don't get two as there's enough just in one and the main difference was one had a flat sausage the other a burger patty. Sauce came separate not on the sandwiches so not sure i paid through nose for that too. The inside of the drivethrough was clean as were the toilets and service was ok however id go with a list of what you want in mind as I asked them to recommend which I think was my downfall. All in all I'd have another breakfast from burger king but I'd try other restaurants too to see the differences. I also think they should advertise the breakfasts more and add it as a section to the app to allow people to find the restaurants and a list of offerings as im sure more would want it if they new where...
Read moreDecided to try this burger king as I had a voucher to redeem. Started off by using the kiosk, my order came to £22 but the kiosk wouldn't accept my voucher for a free burger. Went to an actual till to redeem it and they tried charging me £28 - said it was because of tax? I queried it as the kiosk was £22. Kept saying that's the price until finally another colleague came over and verified it was wrong. Rule number one is you don't say in front of the customer they are wrong. Tried fixing it but still charged me £26 which was still wrong. Now waiting for a refund which took a long time to sort out. I appreciate trying to help however the manager was stood at the back, didn't come over once to help as clearly the staff wasn't sure what they were doing and how to process it through the till. It happened before months ago, at the point of payment the app gave me a notification that "something had gone wrong" and to try again, having experienced this before, checked my banking app, the payment was pending. Just like last time I went inside and explained to the manager and showed him the payment was pending, the manager just like last time said they haven't received the order, I probably wont be charged and they can't refund app purchases anyway and that I would have to dispute it through the app/ my bank. I should have just left but hungry, replaced a slightly different order at the kiosk so I could evidence the different transactions. So again, I've paid twice for 1 order (over £50 for a £25 order) and I'll have to wait 15 days before my bank will do anything, and if its like last time a month for BK to respond and not...
