Open Air Bounce Sen Session-highly recommend. #dayout #bouncycastle #bolton #fypage #specialneeds

Visited the SEND session today and had a fantastic day! I can not recommend this to other SEND parents enough! My son had a fantastic day running from one inflatable to another, no queues, no judgement, no worries. To top it all off they had a foam party which was brilliant. There is plenty of parking but the entire thing is on one large grass field so if you have a wheelchair I would go on a dry day when the ground is firm enough to take a wheelchair. There are some paid rides but they are very reasonably priced. In fact, the food vans weren't overly expensive either. Despite all of this the thing I feel I have to call out because it really made our whole experience the best it could be is the staff. We didn't encounter a single staff member who was rude or dismissive. Everyone had PECs cards on their lanyards to help SEND children if needed and they all seemed to understand. One of the best days out if you have a SEND child who likes bouncing and you can get to one of their SEND sessions.

This is definitely a place to go for a few hours. It’s clean, supervised & ALL the inflatables are included in the price… if you use SUMMER25 at the checkout you get a 25% discount on a Tues Weds & Thurs. there is a small fair where you can buy a wristband for £9.95 & plenty of different food & drinks stalls to choose from

Horrendous experience.

We paid online the night before for a non bounce ticket for my son but there wasn't an option at the time to pay for the non bounce for me and my husband.

The only reason to go was because spiderman was going to be there who my son loves which is why we opted for the non bounce options.

We expected when we got there to have to pay for 2 extra tickets for myself and my husband.

However when we got there we was rudely told that there isn't a non bounce option and we had to pay for the inflatables (which we would not be using).

That meant we got charged £12.95 on top of the £2.50 we paid the night before for our son. According to their website, it should've been £7.50 for all of us to enter.

The money wasn't the issue but it was the way the man spoke to me in front of other people in the queue.

My son doesn't like bouncy castles and obviously my husband didn't want to be using the inflatables either.

The same goes for me too especially as I am pregnant.

Because of the above I was that frustrated I wrote a review whilst I was sat at the venue.

10 minutes later whilst we were sat down at a table we were approached by a women who said she was the manager.

She said that the review I had written was "slander and lies for the whole world to see"

It wasn't lies what I had originally written and I just stated the facts that had happened and how I was spoken to by the ticket guy.

The "manager" was even worse and she stayed at our table to continue saying that we were lying and slanderous.

It got to the point that she made me feel that uncomfortable I deleted the review in front of her so she would leave.

This still wasn't good enough for her as she then said if we are not happy she will walk us out and give us a refund because she "doesn't want people to be here who don't want to be here"

It then took my husband two times to tell her to leave us alone as things where getting very uncomfortable.

If I'd have been on my own with just by boy I would've felt intimidated by this woman's presence.

I can't believe how unprofessional she was and I would definitely not go back.

Whoever is in charge of this establishment need to take a close look into the people they employ, especially their manager.

The price structure needs simplifying and sorting out so it's easier for the customer instead of being conflicting with what it says online and whatever the ticket man decides to charge on the day.

I will say the spider man was superb and brilliant with everyone and...

Saw this place advertised last week & pre booked as it was exactly what my children loved to do. I hoped it wouldn’t be underwhelming when we got there like some places we have been to in the past that is nothing like the adverts. Our slot was the 11:30 & it was 1.5 hours from us. We set off & we were gutted that just before our slot it was called off due to the weather. (Obviously no one’s fault) We phoned up before turning back & they were kind enough to let us go to the afternoon session instead so we wasted a few hours. I can honestly say this place did not disappoint. It was exactly like the advertisement if not so much more fun. It was HUGE! With lots to do for both kids (3&8) All staff were lovely from the ticket booth, food stalls to the ride operators. The prices were great and very reasonable & a great selection of food & drink. Toilets were clean & there were plenty of bins & seating areas. There were so many things to choose from. We all had a great time & will be back again soon!! THANK...
