Cutacre Country Park — Local services in Bolton

Hi, usually run down Cutacre for a nice relaxing fun, but in recent times I have seen the place decline, there is litter all down the road, bottles of poss thrown out on the walkways from local businesses (Amazon, aldi, PHJ) I recently ran down there over the weekend to find an XL pitbill dog off its lead and run directly at me with an aggressive stance, I had to put my foot up in a defensive postion, there are people letting dogs wild down there and dog shit all over the paths!
