Greggs — Restaurant in Bolton

Woe woe and thrice woe. Drove thru this morning about 6am after a long nightshift and got a breakfast baguette. Asked for sausage and omelette with a little tomato sauce. Girl taking orders seemed pleasant as did the girl who took my money/gave me my order. After driving away and opening said sandwich it became apparent it had been constructed, via catapult by someone with visual impairment and special needs. The omelette was the strangest colour of brown, not a modicum of yellow to be seen, the sausages were of varying degrees of heat. Ranging from barely defrosted to scalding hot. The tomato sauce had obviously been applied with the catapult as it completely missed the orifice that contained the filling and was all over the bag and bottom of the baguette. After starting at the "hot" end of the stalest baguette in Christendom and making my way to the barely defrosted end, on realising this danger I stopped eating and binned the remainder and went to bed. Only to wake 3 hours later with the most intense stomach cramps I've ever encountered. Several bathroom visits later the pain has eased slightly. I'm lucky to be alive. I had a very disappointing experience at Greggs this morning. I was there early to pick up my Uber Eats orders and needed to use the toilet. However, I was denied access by a staff member in a manner that left me feeling insulted and humiliated. I was almost at the toilet door when I was stopped, and the way the staff member spoke to me was incredibly disrespectful. This lack of basic customer service and courtesy is unacceptable. I hope Greggs addresses this issue to prevent future customers from experiencing...

If I could rate the food 0 then I would because I didn’t get any food. If I could rate the service 0 I would because the only service I got was your little orange cone basically telling me your a mug for going to Greggs, when in fact the reason I went to Greg’s was because obviously I was lured under false pretenses thinking it was open 24 hours … it was not. The atmosphere would also be a 0 , not much atmosphere from a cone. Absolute jokers mate, waste of time,...
