Work nearby so have been many times (probably too many for my own good). This fact alone shows that it must be a decent restaurant to get my repeat custom.
I like to use it if I have no dinner and only 30 mins lunch as I know I can get something fast and which I know I will like. I also go when I'm having a bad day. Sometimes I go twice, once for lunch or breaky and once through the drive through on the way home! I know that is too much but my parents were strict as child and I never got fast food so hopefully this will balance out.
Staff:
They seems to be a lot of staff working there on different shifts but on the whole they are always helpful and polite which is a great credit to the company. I did once see two boys who were making the burgers play fighting whilst working and when I got my mayo chicken it looked it had been in a fight as well but this was an isolated incident. Some of the younger staff seem a bit nervous but that is due to age and will get better with experience.
Service:
I sometimes go through the drive through and most of the time it's fine but at lunch time I normally have to park at the front and wait. If I go inside i order at the machine and wait at the front. The screen that shows your order is good to keep you updated on your order. Again service is normally fine with short wait but at lunch or peak times you can wait 10/15 mins.
Food:
What can I say? It is what it is. If you like fast food you will love it if not then it at least give it a try. You may be surprised at the menu as it appears a conscious effort has been made to attract people who may have traditionally avoided the franchise. It is consistent due to the way they it's made. I enjoy it a lot 99% of the time and the times it comes short of their own high standards it is usually just comestic. That said my chocolate shake has tasted strange on a couple of seperate visits. I think it may just be a new or running out mix.
Value:
Overall it is reasonable and competitive. Certainly cheaper than KFC which is just round the corner. It can hit your pocket if you go a lot and buy the premium products. But if you get the regular menu or pound saver menu I would say it is very good value.
Cleanliness:
When busy there may be the odd chip or sticky spot but overall it is evident that they clean often and thoroughly. The toilets have also been acceptable when I have used them on the odd occasion.
Summary:
A large restaurant with friendly staff. Good value for money if you pick carefully and food consistently good. If you are unlucky to have a problem with your order, they will fix it no problems.

Read moreAbsolutely awful experience. Ordered by touch screen and of course no receipt. Then stood around with other customers for twenty minutes waiting for my order. Only two front of house staff not able to cope. Eventually a manager turns up. I get my order which I had customised my sausage and egg mcmuffin as I always do to ensure its what I want and also fresh. I even asked the member of staff if my order was full and correct and he replied "yes" but I think that whilst some of the lights were on the house was certainly derelict. I eventually get back on the road stressed due to the slow service to find that I'm a hash brown missing from my order and that the one I have is soggy, limp and just about room temperature. Even worse my mcmuffin for which I have PAID EXTRA for extra egg and cheese is very standard and also only just room temperature. Disappointment and anger at the poor service and incorrect order. Poor service. Poor product. No care or attention. Start at the top and sack the managers then work your way down to get rid of the rest of the rot. Avoid this place and avoid the theft of your money for food not supplied, poor experience, poor service and the fact that they will ruin the start...
Read moreOne of the worst job to have, staffs are over worked. Sanitary is bad, no one washes their hands as they claim they are meant to on the contract. People cough anyhow so it definitely goes on your food. The young girls that get promoted, act like they are better then you. Overall honestly bad, I missed so many days on work just because I felt like I needed to keep my composure and would have easily lost it instantly by the rudeness of some staff. Oh and may I remind YOU I was only ever trained on drinks (1 day training) and chips (1 day training) but was spoken down on each time I never knew how to do any other job around the restaurants? Yeah defo stay the f away. Another thing I once went thro the drive thro with my boyfriend and ordered two burgers, after realising one of the burger was missing half meat, I returned back to ask for another one, which to one blonde girl looked confused and wasn’t even interacting back with me as if I was speaking Spanish, if it wasn’t for one of my friend who worked there, I’m sure we would have had to wait 20mins just for a replacement. THIS PARTICULAR BUSINESS...
