KFC Addlestone — Restaurant in Borough of Runnymede

As a regular customer at KFC Addlestone, I can honestly say the service here is always great — and a big part of that is thanks to Elamathi. Every time I visit, she greets me with a warm smile and a genuinely friendly attitude that makes the experience even better.

Elamathi consistently goes above and beyond to make sure orders are spot on, fresh, and served quickly. She’s incredibly polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. It’s rare to find that level of care in fast food these days.

Worker laughed when shown a raw piece of chicken that was served to my 11 Yr old daughter. Although I was offered another piece my daughter did not eat it.. Customer service is horrible.. The customer priority was lacking as uber delivery and even ordering we were overlooked by seven customers who came in after us... Oh and always check your order before you leave because 99.99 percent of the time there are always items missing off the order... In comparison in the states KFC has 4 different types of chicken. Mash pot green beans buttermilk biscuits with honey etc. This is onky a one type of chicken with chips... CHERTSEY CHICKEN IS THE BOMB COMPARED TO this...

Probably the worst tasting KFC I've ever had! The food always tastes stale, overcooked or burnt. I was just in there and got a variety meal, two pieces of chicken were so dry I had to take them back to get fresh ones. The fresh ones were hot but tasted like they had burnt the breading on the chicken. The rest of my meal was bland. Honestly the worst KFC I've probably had today. Young English chap on till was friendly probably the best thing about the place, I won't be back for a while at least until my memory of this night has disappeared... I wonder why KFC don't do spot checks on food quality from head office, because this one...
