27 years and I have never experienced such amazing customer service simply from there outgoing personality and asking me if I want butter on my bread, just the little things that make differences to people time ect, the shop was well presented and very clean and staff were very good conversation and the quality of the food was absalutely spot on and the veg ect being very fresh, I highly recommend picnic on the green and I will definately be going again wether I'm working over here or not!! Very poor customer service, not sure if me and my girlfriend caught the staff on a rough day considering all the 5 star reviews but we both felt uncomfortable and pressured to choose our food and leave.

We got two sandwiches and were not given all of the fillings that we asked for. The food is incredibly average.
