Burger Plus (Ashford) — Restaurant in Borough of Spelthorne

Love this place, MASSIVE burgers at proper cheap prices. And they deliver!!! They also do pizza if you're indecisive about what you want. There is only one MAJOR problem, they do a good range of burgers but they dont do bacon!! If they would do Bacon, coz most people that love a greasy burger want bacon in it lets be true. Add Bacon to the menu for burgers and this would be 5 star rating. Either way still love ordering from here. There was only one problem when I ordered, and that is you can pay a little extra and upgrade to Curly Fries, this is clearly on the menu online, But... I asked for this and I think I broke the person on the phone as he just repeated "Curly Fry" Slowly and quietly.... It was like "Curly Fry............. " "Hmmmmmm............: "Curly Fry..................." "Cuuurrlllyyy....................... " ".......... ..... . Fry?............. " Then after about 2 minutes of that there was a mad rattling on the phone then another guy picked up and said hello, so I asked if he had done the order and he said it was done, just had to add the curly fries!. I'm not sure of what mystery had bestowed upon the Burger Plus worker when he heard the word Curly Fries but he was flabbergasted to say the least. But when it arrives the Curly fries...

Food sometimes ok, sometimes not. I only order from here because that’s the only Local halal Pizza shop. But if we had other options I won’t get any pizza from there. Soggy pizza most of the time. If you want to order pizza via Uber under buy 1 get free special offer which will cost you same as buy them separate! Burger sometimes ok sometimes not. Who charge extra £ for burger sauce? Kebab cold and dry, like chewy rubber. Ordered extra large but the portion i got like small kebab with extra large chips !

Beware- Burger plus and Pizza plus is same shop under same management. However they will pretend not same, they might charged you twice and pretend they are not the same company, even though you are starting right in front of their face, under same roof ! Check your account twice when you pay by card !

Really disappointed. I ordered 4 cheese burgers with lettuce and mayo to take away and paid £17.50. When I got home all the burgers were with NO CHEESE and have only few SHREDS of lettuce on a very greasy mayo. I phoned them up to get some explanation so the staff member told me they don't have any cheese. When I said why you didnt tell when I paid or when I picked up the food? He said to me sorry about that,But the food cost us money if you want a refund, bare with me I will speak to the manager. Then he HANGED THE PHONE CALL ON MY FACE. These burgers cost me money too. This is absolutely disgraceful and disgusting and these people need to be trained on how to provide a good customer service. He only has to tell me when I picked up the food: (sorry we don't have any cheese left. Is there anything that we can do for you instead? ) and pay for only simple burgers not cheese burgers that I didn't get. Isn't that just asking...
