Disappointing doesn't even cover it , waited 2 hours for our food that was ordered online , I rang twice to be fobbed off both times , when the food arrived , the sag aloo and rice were barely warm , the naan breads were hot but horrendously soggy and also not the ones I ordered , the onion bhajis were missing , and the rice was plain not pilau I rang and asked for replacements minutes after it had arrived , they still haven't turned up , this was half an hour ago , their excuse is they are busy in the restaurant , but I've already paid for my food ,those dining in haven't ! I did suggest that they don't accept orders if they can't fulfil them , they haven't offered me any kind of refund except to say they will give me a deal next time , I'm afraid there will not be a next time , such a shame as the food has always been good but something has gone awfully wrong with this place , I hate leaving a bad review but they need to be aware that if they offer a service , they need to fulfil that , The food that was hot wasn't enjoyable as we haven't been able to eat together as a family and this upset my kids as we don't often get a chance to all eat together .Funnily enough I'm not even hungry now , I'm a vegetarian and haven't eaten yet despite...

My brother ordered food from Uber eats, 5 varieties, 6 total, it took 2 hrs to arrive, it came after 9 pm, initially it said it would take about 40 min max. We did call after 8 pm and they said it was being made. We were super hungry 😪 so we ate leftovers. When the driver came in, he said he was sorry and gave us 1.5 ltr coke bottle as compensation. He also said he will note our address for future order and compensate. The food was hot to touch and also extra hot to taste (we asked for it), they put green chillies there 😋. All the food were so delicious. I tasted the food but had to keep it for next day. Not much photography as we dug in to taste as soon as it came in. 1st time I have ordered from here, and would not again!!!! service poor, collected food got home and found that the onion Salad was the size of a small sauce pot!! my wifes Lamb Korma was a Lamb curry, my Chicken curry was very very salty!!! I called to be told that I was wrong and the order was correct???!!! I asked what they would do, they said nothing mate!!!
