FY6 — Restaurant in Borough of Wyre

Literally the worst and most underwhelming dining experience I've ever had in Poulton. The set menu is different to the one they have online- so the options for vegetarians and vegan are completely different. The normal menu is not available on Sundays which is not made clear online or at the restaurant. The place was also still grubby with drink stains on the furniture from last night I presume.

The food is absolutely awful. I was going to get the set menu which had completely different vegan options from what the menu online said. First came a abysmal plate of 4 overcooked potatos, which they had no vegan sauces for so I had to have ketchup. I then had a risotto, which was more like old wallpaper paste, but with less taste. I sent it back because it was so bad. Gordon Ramsey would have died on the spot if he tasted it. They then had the cheek to charge £8 pounds for 4 bits of overcooked potato- absolutely shocking prices for a small place in poulton- unless they think its the shard?? I was so shocked at the price that I almost called the police because it felt like I was being robbed- both for the £8 and the hour of my life I wasted here. I would not...

Dined here last night with a friend after recently eating here with my Husband & r about it, so a girls dinner date it was.

We took advantage of the early bird dinner offer & cannot believe how good the value for money really is!

Both our starters were delicious (garlic mushrooms were the best I’ve had around here!) & main courses certainly didn’t disappoint.

The cocktail offer of 2 for £12 is fantastic, they were also super tasty!

Although often when I come pass it doesn’t look particularly busy, I really don’t know why not when they are delivering food that tasty & so competitively priced.

Omg went for a Sunday roast and it was shocking the carrots rock hard, dry stuffing loooked like it had been in the sun for 2 weeks, the meat was tougher than a boot and yeah just wasn’t great all round.
