My daugther & I visited today, decided we would shared a toastie and a cake. The lady that took our order was very nice, didn't catch her name but her hair was up in a neat pleat. I nipped to the ladies room and I heard waitress relaying our order. As I sat back i had my tea order then food, but my daugther waited and was nearly finish her toastie. They forgot her latte with oat milk, it finally came no sorry it was late! This lady has long greyish hair glasses, no smile or personality at all! We were polite thanking her but no enjoy, or theres your sugar, it was very uncomfortable vib off her! She finished at the till with no conversation or smile, just nothing! I asked the waitress that took our order what was the cheese as it was really nice. Again she was lovely and has a nice way telling us what it was. I do feel for anyone going through something as i know I have. I still smile in my job and have worked in hospitality and retail for over 30 years! Food was nice but unfortunately we felt that uncomfortable that will we not return. You need to start treating your customers with some respect, especially nearly £17 and thats us sharing food!...

During 'Eat Out to Help Out' it was busy but the tables have been spaced and the staff wear masks. The menu is on a wall board. There's sanitiser...
Read moreThe coffee was very nice and the food is ok.
The customer service is shocking. We weren't greeted and it wasn't clear how to order. There are giant menus on the wall but you can't see them for customers being sat in front of them, so menus on the table wouldn't go amiss.
2 out of 3 staff members who served us were rude and we were made to feel like an inconvenience for asking simples questions about the menu.
