Amigos Bradford — Restaurant in Bradford

Finally I found the time to try amigos and must say positively surprised. When I walked in I felt abundance of activity, life energy and the vibes on the shopfloor are very uplifting. I can remember the previous few owners and definitely these lads have turned the place around full 360.

Hospitality face to face definitely sets high standards. Was given free ice cream to try while I waited for my food. With regards to the food, I bought a pizza and chicken steak with chips, and tried 2 milkshakes. ( I forgot to collect my soft drinks with the pizza deal, am sure they'll give me them next time).

The pizza dough was definitely done by a proper pizza chef, very soft and fluffy, it tore apart with no effort and melted in the mouth, the toppings were very bright and lush in colour, as fresh as can be. The steak was perfect and the chips were golden and straight, crisp to the bite but full and fluffy in the middle, not reheated. The portion sizes were appropriate and responsible and fitted snug inside the packaging, everything just oozes quality. The kids loved the milkshakes.

Am very impressed with the effort these guys are putting in to raise the standards, it's very much needed in Bradford where we're still feeding family's 2 piece chicken and chips for 99p.

We are what we eat and for now am satisfied my family is in good hands with Amigos, will definitely return and...

Brothers and sisters, I've been ordering from Amigos for a While now.

Their food is ALWAYS on point however there was a piece of the puzzle missing. Tonight I met the missing piece to the puzzle and his name was Sheikh. Absolutely down to earth and welcoming, greeted my son aswell as myself. Humble brother with an aura that will take him very far in this life and afterlife ameen.

I've used many takeaways and establishments and had grumpy drivers but honestly this guy is a true credit to Amigos.

Food was piping hot and fresh. I ordered the peri burger meal today and the peri flavours were melt in the mouth. You can taste the authentic charcoal grill taste with every bite you take.

I also upgraded to curly fries because why not, they were also nice and crispy even though my son rummaged through half of the box and left me half 😂💪🏼

Overall 10/10 experience today both with the food and delivery service.

I had looked forward to picking up my order of chicken tikka donner pizza with fries as I had enjoyed their food before and it had been really tasty. Unfortunately though, the chicken tikka this time was not fresh and neither were the fries. The fries seemed to have been refried from the day before. It was disappointing and it would seem the quality of food is inconsistent. Continued: I have since had a phonecall from the manager who has asked what he can do to put this right: no blame, no shirking of his responsibility to his customers. He has offered to re send the meal. I have explained that we do not require anymore food today but that I am impressed with their commitment to their customers' experience and to making sure that it is a good one. I will therefore give them another chance as I think today might have been a one off and will be ordering from them again at which point I hope they will re establish my faith...
