Discover the new Finger Mazes placed near some of the entrances to Peel Park Bradford. Use your finger to find a woodland animal or a leaf from a tree. Or discover the different patterns a bee can make. Once inside the park you can find an animal totem trail. There are 12 to find and they are spread all around the park. See if you can spot the fox or the dragonfly. There is also a map with all the new totems and equipment marked and you can tick them off as you discover them. Peel Park is such a beautiful place and these new wooden additions bring more fun to the park for children and adults. Bring your family along as the park has something for everyone - even a café open on a Saturday selling delicious home...

Lovely setting and a nice walk/surroundings. Lots of stairs to access lower area of park so difficult for pushchairs to get down to the lake without tackling steep grassy hills! Correct me if wrong but I saw no other access route? Also as a first time visitor I did not know what the parking situation was so I entered the open entrance and parked in near the bowling green only to realise on my walk round that the entrance gate had been closed! You need a permit to park! Obviously gardeners had left it open AND they watched me park and get my baby out with his pushchair- I clearly wasnt going to bowl! Fortunately a nice man let me out but it couldn't have resulted in me being fined or stuck without me car...

Been going here since I was a child one of the safest places to visit with your children and families. The bike track is a great place for youngsters to learn stunt moves those that have need tor speed. They have a fantastic cafe with outdoor lawn bowling not sure if that’s still on? They also hold regular events throughout the year. Sports events, fun fairs, circus, oh and D-Day used to be held at Peel Park? The park is separated into different areas so there’s something for everyone if it’s some peace and quiet or a stop off for eating some sandwiches in a quiet spot around the pond is an amazing spot and has beautiful scenery. I used to visit there to reflect on hot summers days and ground myself...

Peel park is 20 mins away from my place by walk. It's worth the walk once you reach there. As in all parks we have an ice-cream vehicle waiting to invite you. Peel park is spread over acres and has a well maintained lawn throughout. There is a bridge if you walk further down and a small pond with ducks. There are some gym equipments and a boulder set up with slides for you to workout and have fun. Took my one year old there he was happy seeing green and pigeons. Travelled here during the Corona times so felt peaceful being there.

Peel Park is large community park with well laid out paths, gardens, a small lake, play areas, BMX track, bowls and sports pitches. Most of the features you would expect in a Green Flag park can be found in Peel Park. Although laid out in a small valley the paths are surfaced and with largely gentle gradients they are accessible to all and ideal for gentle exercise. The terrace with public sculptures leads to a viewing platform that offers excellent views over the City of Bradford.
