Subway — Restaurant in Bradford

Hey, all of these other reviews are harsh and don't really matter anymore, as they're out-of-date. 😉🤢 Come over here and check my review out, you're sure to change your mind after reading what I think about this store.

I would give this one all 5-stars but the store is a bit cramped, I believe a wheel-chair user should be able to get in without problems as the ground is all flat, but the parking is quite hard to get, there should be one to three spots for a smaller car to park, but if you're in a truck, you're out of luck. Ha, get it? Truck-luck, ok never mind.

As far as the food's concerned, there's newer staff being employed and the food is great, it's also well-maintained on the making side of the food, it's quite clean and yeah... There's not really anything else to say. Oh, someone did break the Ben & Jerry fridge's glass, but they've fixed it.

Avoid this subways. Rude staff messed up the order asked for chicken tikka cheese and toasted and the lady didn’t put in no chicken tikka. So when I got home and realised they got my order wrong I called to complain and said I can bring my order back to them because it was wrong. Asked me to call back after 30 mins, when I did the lady basically said it was my fault and it’s what I ordered. Wow. This used to be my regular subway store as it’s closest to me. Terrible 'Halal only' spoiled tasting meat. Salad tastes rancid. Bread tastes stale. Passively racist toward white faces. Amateurish and extremely slow customer service. I had to repeat many times what was ordered, before the order was taken and the order was still incorrect afterwards. Both the staff and the bosses conduct is temperamentally irritating. Depressing atmosphere Broken and rarely cleaned tables in the seating area for years. You have to select at least 1 star to leave a comment. Otherwise this would have been a no star...
