Bigfellas pizzeria — Restaurant in Bradford

Ordered in-store for collection: BBQ chicken pizza (med) for £10.50 and a portion of small fries for £1.50.

What. A. Disappointment. Made the mistake of ordering from here...but I didn't have much of a choice as everywhere else local was closed. Maybe that's their target market...those who are desperate and therefore won't complain about the shockingly poor food they are served.

The pizza was a sloppy mess. Granted it had plenty of chicken on it (perhaps as an excuse to justify the exorbitant price tag), but when it tastes so nasty I'd rather have less and of better quality instead. The fries had obviously been cooked quite some time ago and had become hard sat under the heat lamp.

Also, I don't understand how you can charge so much and use such cheap/poor ingredients...yet only have a 4* cleanliness rating?

If you regularly order from here, you must either have no regard for how you spend your hard-earned income or you have no regard for the food you choose to consume. Please do yourself a favour and...

this place doesn’t deserve any stars on 21/11/21 I ordered food which came OVER an hour late cold and didn’t bring the drinks I ordered so the drive went to his car and gave me 2 drinks saying have these ( not what I ordered) I’ve had them in the car for few days, I rang to complain the MANAGER said next time you order I’ll replace the meal, 5/12/21 I’ve rang for a replacement the new manager who started a week ago said I’ll ring the manager who said he will replace the meal and see what he says and will call me back which surprisingly didn’t phone back lol I rang back he said the manager told me to tell you we are NOT replacing the meal, the person apologised saying I don’t want to argue and slammed the phone down WOOOOOOOOW I explained before the food was for people with learning disabilities and how long you made them wait they’re didn’t seem to care, I’m so looking forward to a reply from the “management” to make themselves look good and me mad, sad to say some people don’t...

Shame there’s no option to leave 0 stars. Ordered through just eat & after waiting 1 hour & 20 minutes no food had arrived. Rung them up for them to tell us the delivery driver has taken the food & delivered it. After us explaining that the food had not arrived they just repeatedly told us to complain to just eat. You can’t run a business & take no responsibility just because the food has left the establishment. We ended up with no food, no apology & listened to Aqib Khan for 25 minutes repeatedly tell us it’s just eats fault.
