We visited as a family of 5 for a dine in event and we were blown away! Everything about this place screamed elite level fast food and experience. As we walked in we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by the front of house staff. They saw us sit down so bought menus over to us with being asked or promopted. When we got round to placing our order we went for a selection of stuff as we'd seem the social media clips about this place and the staff counter staff were exceptional; they took us through the order and were kind enough to explain things and match our requirements with the appropriate food items. We ordered 9inch peperoni pizza, 12 inch minxed Mexican pizza and 12 inch Asian style kebab crust, 10 wings and Mega box with Dishcow Dishcow burger. There was a fair bit of chopping and changing the order on my part and the staff (Maj I think his name was and his colleague who's name I didn't get) we extremely patient and professional and accommodated every change with a smile and patience. A rare quality in a fast paced industry!

When the food arrived it was a straight Ten!! Wings were immense, crispy and full of flavour. The pizzas were just how they should be for us, fluffy airey base with generous topping and a brilliant cheese pull. The burger was just.... Wow!! It stole the show!! We enjoyed everything including the skin on fries.

What made the experience certified from good to elite was that the staff paid so much attention to detail we had to pinch ourselves to make sure we weren't imagining this! The staff would come over occasionally and ask us if everything was OK and if we needed anything. Now whilst I appreciate that this might be a small gesture to many, we have to remember it was Friday evening, peak time, the shop was busy and we were not forgotten or treated transactionally. The staff were attentive to us despite the plethora of online order and food traffic in the shop. More importantly, the staff were able to engage our children and ask them what they made of the food and of they needed anything. This kind of service cannot be trained or purchased. You either have it, or you don't as its so rare to find authentic customer focus and care. To us, this was a firm display of people taking pride in their food, valuing their customers and demonstrating the highest standard of service through their focused interactions with their guests.

We are not from West Yorkshire but can 100% say that we will definitely be back when we next pass through the county. Well done to all who were working on Friday 11th Oct 2024. You made a visiting family very happy with their choice to...

BEST smash burger i’ve had locally in AGES!

We planned a trip into Bradford to visit arcade and bowling and wanted to find a reasonably priced place to eat. After a quick search I came across Gunners - and after reading a few positive reviews decided to give it a shot. A quick glance of the menu showed a decent variety of burgers, loaded fries, parmos and pizzas. Being a huge burger fan I opted for a double patty silencer, husband had bazooka(yes their special burgers are named after guns 😅) , elder daughter went for wings and younger one had cheese loaded fries. The burgers were both super juicy, cooked beautifully and super flavourful. So so good. Wings were crispy outside, juicy inside and seasoned well. Loaded fries were amazing, massive portion: cheese sauce is one of the best tasting cheese sauces we’ve had in ages. Omg the skin on fries - to die forrr!! So so good. Garlic mayo was delish. Everything was made fresh, great quality and to top it off all 4 of us managed to eat for under £40. I think for the quality of the meal - definitely great value for money.

As for the decor, if you like action movies, its definitely for you 😂 There is a decent amount of seating inside. They don’t have their own parking but you can park on the side roads.
