So we got told initially that the table was getting cleaned and then the table wa shaven to someone else who came after us that how we had our first bad encounter. The chicken I had was dry after waiting 45 minutes which was fine as it was quite busy. I wanted a coffee, considering it's a coffee house there coffee machine was broken!!!! There was 4 workers that day and not one could assist us after we asked for the bill! We had to call all four over as differnet times and finally got the bill. It was atrocious. Would not recommend !
What I thought was free parking was NOT you cannot stay there for more than 2 hours and I had a parking charge come home, when I called Eden's to ask them about it they said that they have a scanner at the entrance to get free parking I've never seen this and my friends never either. The parking charge was £65 | even spoke to the manager if there was anything he could do about it and he outright refused! Not even out of courtesy did he try and help me and help me get out of it. Most places say if you can prove you went they will help you out but no. So I am very upset with the lack of support I had with this and to say I'm not even from the area as well. So my experience was not great at all! I'll personally email you regarding this matter, and I'm open to a call if you prefer. It's concerning that assumptions were made about my authenticity due to a disagreement, it is very unprofessional. I'm confident in my account, even suggesting checking CCTV footage from that day. The manager mentioned a broken coffee machine that day as well as having rubbish customer service, a delayed review was given in light of the parking fine, which I've corrected to £60. Others fined, share dissatisfaction. As stated in a previous review, i was told by your staff you know the owner of the car parking company but when i spoke to the owner previously i was told he can not do anything or help me in my situation. While I understand the coffee machine issue, the parking confusion and lack of assistance are disappointing. Multiple reviews echo the parking challenges, questioning its clarity. As a small business, one might expect more customer support. The denial of assistance regarding parking contrasts with experiences at other places. The audacity to question my IP address's authenticity, especially given your cybersecurity background, feels condescending. Though my review might not impact you, I believe others will consider it before...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Edenās Tearoom recently and was really disappointed with the customer service. It was quite busy, and we were seated at a larger table since the smaller ones were taken. We were asked if this was okay, and we agreed.
However, around 45 minutes after receiving our food ā while I was still eating ā a waiter came over and told us to hurry up because a big family was waiting for the table. I found this incredibly rude and unprofessional. Dining out should never feel rushed, especially when I was still eating.
To make things worse, both waiters kept glancing over at me to see if I was finished, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Without even asking if we were ready, they brought the bill to our table, which felt like a clear signal for us to leave. I ended up leaving without finishing my food because I felt so unwelcome and put off by their attitude.
This experience completely ruined the visit for me, and I wonāt be returning. Very poor service.

Hi Edenās Management,
Thank you for your response.
Iād like to clarify a few important points, as your version of events does not reflect what actually happened during my visit.
When we were seated at the larger table, we were told that we may be moved to a smaller table if one became available ā and we were more than happy with that. However, throughout the entire time we were there, no smaller tables became available, and we could clearly see this ourselves. At no point were we offered the option to move, nor were we informed that a table had opened up ā simply because none did.
Additionally, there was no mention of a booking for a larger group at any stage. If there was a reservation scheduled for that table shortly after, I donāt understand why we were seated there in the first place. This lack of communication and planning felt unprofessional.
When the manager did approach us, the interaction felt abrupt and dismissive ā not simply a polite notice. We were made to feel rushed and uncomfortable, which isnāt something youād expect from a tearoom experience.
I fully understand the need to manage bookings and seating, but this situation could have been handled with far more care and courtesy. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as itās important that future customers donāt feel the same way.
Kind...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreEdenās Tearoom & Patisserie is the newest cafe in Bradford set in a location which was missing a place like this.
The tearoom welcomes all to a very classy and elegant environment, the settings are perfect and sets a very relaxing and calming ambience for a group of friends, families, couples or even a customer on their own looking for a quick pit stop for a good coffee or brunch etc.
The staff are lovely and customer service is on point. The owners are a gorgeous young couple and the passion really shines through what they have put together and have really delivered an amazing new cafe for Bradford to enjoy.
I have been twice now, once for dinner where we ordered the fish & chips, meat chops, loaded fries with pulled be beef and the bombay potato sandwich. The fish was coated in a in house batter and the tartar sauce was also made in house, this was absolutely delicious. The potatoes in the bombay sandwich were an explosion of lovely flavours, just perfect. The loaded fries were a great sharer again packed full of flavour and the pulled beef was super tender. Finally a good set of meat chops. Everything was plated and presented very nicely which makes you even more excited to eat. I absolutely love the chocolate of tableware, you can tell a lot of thought has gone behind making sure everything ties in perfectly with the theme.
My second trip, we ordered the breakfast croissant with chicken tenders, was very very tasty, the chicken tenders definitely gives it the extra umph! We also ordered the indian tapas which was a very good portion and to be honest could have filled two people, again bursting full of flavour. To top it all off we got the nutella french toast and this was honestly WOW! best thing weāre the glazed bananas, very very delicious.
My favourite drinks would have to be the lychee martini and the pina colada both were so nice and refreshing, I would definitely recommend! & if you love a cold coffee then do try the iced spanish latte and iced caramel latte.
I will definitely be going back again, to try all the other options and would definitely recommend you to try Edens you will honestly love it.
Thank you Edens, we absolutely loved it
