Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

Staff at this branch are helpful and friendly and the location of this branch is great. Unfortunately at peak times like in the morning before work when u want to grab a quick bite or breakfast, waiting times are way too long! One staff member is usually alone at the front doing it all from taking orders to making or preparing the food / serving and to taking payment. This is ok when there is 1 or 2 people waiting but not when there is a big queue at peak times! Peak times there should be at least two or three people serving at the front so the queue is moving along quicker. A quick stop can take about 10-15 minutes before you have been seen at this branch and this is not an acceptable wait! I have sometimes witnessed people walking out when they see the queue because they know it will take a long time. Please management sort this out! It is also not fair on the lone staff member having to take orders prepare serve and take payment for people. They must feel pressurised when there is a big long queue...

Went here today daughter asked for a single sausage roll, was told no only 4 packs left so she ran out to my wife and at the same time I told my wife over the phone what they had left, I told her all the ready to go food was empty and then stayed trading all the options to the from the pasty section, at this point I was no where near the till and when asked if I was on I said yes, I kept reading out to my wife and told my daughter to buy the 4 pack of sausage rolls, whilst we did this I asked what pasties were hot and was told just the cheese and onion, after telling my wife this I asked foot one but noticed they were bagging one of everything, yet there was no one in front of me so we asked if they were for me and was told us to which I said we hadn't ordered anything yet and was told the girl on till was new and had put one of everything through. After a few mins they got the order cleared and then put through the right order. But still was not made to...
