Regular customer, but disappointed with todays service.

Got myself a breakfast and drink plus a box of yumyums for later on. As a picked up the box the bottom dropped out and fell on the floor.

I grabbed myself another box and paid for what I had bought plus the box that I had dropped.

I explained to the gentleman serving that I was going to pay for the box of yumyums I dropped - he gave me a look and made a unnecessary remark, making me feel really uncomfortable for a genuine mistake.

Will definitely come back, but hope that I receive a better...

Visited the Keighley retail park branch, opening time clearly stated 8am on google and their poster on the door. Arrived at 8am, We waited for 10 min whilst staff could clearly see us but not one bothered to acknowledge us there, ignored us completely so we left.
