Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

I buy from here frequently and today was a dreadful experience. A young boy who looked to be under weight, fragile and vulnerable was caught stealing, he was chased out the store by one staff member and one customer. They proceeded to take the food off him. The customer then asked to fight the boy. It was disgusting to witness. It's food. Let the boy eat. I was really sad to see this. I believe the boy deserved the food he was hungry and clearly in a bad state. He has bruises all over him. After this experience I was given the wrong sandwich by a staff member with dirty finger nails.

Not the best way to start...

I just sit down with my family in the shop and my husband went to have a look at the product, while we were still thinking what to buy, I felt thirsty and wanted to drink some water from my bottle, a old woman staff came out immediately and shouted at me and said that the seat only for customer who buy food and no own water could be consumed at the store, we left the shop immediately, this old woman was extremely rude and this was the worst experience in my whole trip in Bradford, I will not buy anything from this brand in future. I am still angry for such bad...

It's not the best Gregg's out there. I visited here at midday peak time on a Saturday. It wasn't overly busy, and there were plenty of pasties to choose from. However, I bought 2 different pasties and some sausage rolls, and everything was completely stone cold, so who knows how long they have been sitting there. On the plus side, I had a really nice Cinnamon Swirl Cappuccino (see picture), which is worth the money on taste alone. I'm not sure if I'd be in a rush to visit here again. I think I'd rather hang on and grab...
