Greggs — Restaurant in Bradford

Thought I'd treat myself and get a cheese and onion pasty. I was a regular. The two women serving came across as very rude, I asked for all change and she replied with "I don't know what you're saying".. "can't do it because we're closing up" ???. They seemed to be in a massive rush, I know the store shuts at 4 but theres half an hour to go? Pasty was stone cold. Staff very pushy to get me to leave; Never felt more unappreciated as a customer. Very dissapointed. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. 0/10. Rude staff. Not using Gregs as a whole again....

Usually go there and the staff are brilliant but today the older women working with the glasses on was very disrespectful and her attitude stunk I ordered 4 sos rolls 3 corned beef a drink for my lil girl who was standing at side of me and a latte for myself they didn't ask if I would like a bag so I asked for one for her to throw it on the desk I had bags of shopping a 6 year old I asked her to pack it for me to which she replied not my problem so had too drop everything to do it myself customer service was awful I usually put sugar in my coffee but just walked...

Usually friendly staff however, I was shocked today how angry some of the staff got over a couple of customers that had queued at the wrong side of a table (myself included) We queued there because there were some people taking quite a while to choose their sandwiches and blocking the way. They didn’t say anything to the customers just chuntered angrily to each other loud enough for me and the other customers to hear. I don’t feel like it was necessary or good customer service...
