If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately app doesn't give that option. Ordered at the restraunt, was told would be between 30/45 mins before ready was still waiting for food after 1 hour and 45 mins, finally another 10 mins got brought out to me and was given a little bottle off Pepsi for inconvenience of all the time waiting, was just about to set off back home when daughter noticed that order was wrong ,she goes back in to tell her then they said we could wait another 15 mins for what we Ordered, but we refused and was given a medium magerita rather than waiting ,but in all fairness food wasn't great at all and the company are taking to many orders on to which they can't keep upto the time frame . So I do apologise to the staff ,but really they do need to stop taking orders after so many have already been placed at the moment as the staff looked completely overwhelmed and panic mode probably made them worse ie making mistakes etc. I understand it could be due to it being new but this should have been considered when opening the restraunt, hope this doesn't sound problematic to the staff as I stated before all of this should have been considered. Cheers, also just wanted to add that EVA WILLIAMS works there and she was the one that took my order over the counter, so obviously yeah your right ,you will be going back there to take more orders from customer's. Read moreI’m fully aware that they have just opened and are finding their feet so we did anticipate their been teething problems when ordering, but that been said they are a business and should be fully ready for opening to the paying public. I have no words to describe the service we received tonight. Food ordered at 7.30 for 8.30. We made a mistake on the order so rang to see if we could amend it. The lady on the phone had clearly no customer service skills (again kind of understand that it’s a new shop, but it is important staff on the front desk have some understanding of customer service) went to the shop as they kept saying they’d ring us back to sort the amendment out but never did. At the shop it could only be described as pure carnage they had clearly taken on (and still continued to take) too many orders. Whilst waiting a member of staff said they had 70!! Orders on back log. Their were many unhappy costumers who had been waiting hours (some 3 hours) for their order and were fobbed off when they rang. The staff were giving people other peoples ordered that were waiting to go out some not the correct pizza. 1 hour 30 mins later the food was finally ready. Pizza was ok but not worth the price. Read moreordered 3 times since opening , first two time great pizzas . ordered on friday night and was a shambles from start to finish . got told on the app it was ready after around 25/30 minutes arrived at the store to then spend another 45 minutes stood outside the shop . about 6/7 people got asked there name by one of the staff to then here weve got all the labels mixed up , eventually after asking a couple of times what was going on we got told half your order is ready and still waiting for half . about 10 minutes later the two pizzas and two sides came out . the phillysteak pizza and garlic bread looked like theyd been sat out for a good half hour , the pepperoni was fresh out the oven . appalling having food stood there for so long and the customer service was shocking . wont be getting...
