Mama's Pizza — Restaurant in Bradford

We have used this place since it has opened as the Parmesans are usually beautiful. However tonight the chicken wasn't fresh and altogether it was a bland tasteless dish! Can't help but wonder, if it's something to do with the fact tht tonight it was me who rang up and ordered the food instead of my partner who is BAME. I also went in and picked up instead of my partner for a change, I was asked rudely if I had ordered when I replied I had, I was scowled at and then my food was dumped on the counter!!! If it is as we suspect and the behaviour I was shown was purely because I am white, then rest assured we will never use this place again and will advise others not to. We are bitterly disappointed with the food and service tonight and think it's a absolute shame it's gone so downhill!!.

In reply to the owner: I appreciate your quick response, however my partner did contact you last night after receiving our food and we assumed he did speak to the manager. He raised our concerns with you and was told that if we give you another chance next week, the food will be improve! Let's hope when we try again it has, and not only because my partner is BAME but because you have taken on board loyal customers...

I wish I could not even rate the one 1 star, Astagfirullah disgusting food. So as I’ve attached with pictures as proof the pizza had burn marks all over and was not cooked. We rang to tell them and they were so rude about it and said it was their standards. That’s vile, we went in to show them straight away and said it was our standards so uncooked food and a random big burnt bubble is your standards Nor did they replace our pizza nor did they refund! Bad customer service the owner and workers were so rude, that to to a girl speaking nicely and stating facts. Mama pizza I am an educated girl with a high class degree, I am going to contact the hygiene industry and standards and file a big complaint against you. I've been ordering from Mamas Pizza for a few years now, and they just keep getting better! From my very first phone call, their customer service stood out. I told them about my severe allergies to spices, and they listened so calmly and respectfully, making me feel completely at ease.
