Mr Parmo — Restaurant in Bradford

Usually like the quality of food and the service from this place. However, last two times ordered via uber eats and EXTREMELY disappointed.

First time a month ago, ordered to deliver as available on uber. Didnt receive confirmation so called and they said wouldnt deliver and we would eirher have to collect or wait till 2hrs later for delivery. Needed food. Said we would collect. Still got charged the delivery fee. Got the food home and part of the order was missing so called them and they said would be delivered in 90minutes! Meal one ruined....

Second time today, ordered, order delivered, one meal had the side missing AGAIN. Called through to the restaurant, again, nothing other than will get one sent out to you. Made them aware 2 peoples meal had been ruined and the chicken had also gone cold and would be colder by the time the side arrived, nothing.

Side just delivered by the driver and my brother said “second time this has happened now”, to which his reply was “we dont do it intentionally bro. We just really busy”! He actually remembered the first occasion they did this too! So now have the side but a stone cold chicken! Not sure what to do with it to be honest.

Hair found in the mixed steak and potato wedges meal.

Really really disappointed. Will NOT be ordering again. Waste of money as cant even sit and eat in peace with all...

I ordered two Red Bulls through Uber Eats with my order. It came 20 minutes late and cold. No apology, when I said I won't take it cause it's missing an item their own driver lied that it said I ordered one drink (sic!) and then lied AGAIN saying he's from Uber and he doesn't work for them, while the app clearly says the restaurant staff delivers their orders. After he was clearly exposed he didn't say a word and just left for his car. When I called the restaurant they tried to re buff me by saying I ordered one item and it will take half an hour to deliver it again. I agreed and they lied again since of course no one came. Thieves and liars, avoid this...
