I had wanted to come here for a while, so I booked it for my work leaving do. I had pre-booked the meal options as the restaurant wanted our experience to run smoothly. The lobster and prawn arrancini was beautiful, the lobster sauce was lovely, the portion was a little big but a great start. I had the Cornish crab and chilli pasta for my main, which was packed with crab meat and really tasty. The portion looked a little on the small side, but with the starter I had, it wasn't bad. My colleagues mostly had great starters but the pasta for their lobster and prawn ravioli mains seemed to be a bit thick and tough. When the bill came, they'd overcharged us on some of our drinks but when we talked to our waitress she was really quick to change it and in the end they waivered the service charge for us. I will come back again when the restaurant has settled in a bit more after...

I can't recommend Pranzo enough! We've always loved it but have been there 3 times in the last month.

Excellent food: we've had different dishes, starters and specials. All of them unique, delicious and well presented. Flavour combinations are excellent with right level of spice, acidity, etc. The arancini with nduja sauce and ragu are mega. All pasta dishes are great. The giant profiterole for dessert is a top choice too.

Service: Lucy (hope that's how you spell it!) has been our waiter twice. Always checking if we need something, bringing a dog bowl for our dog. The rest of the staff were equally as nice but can't remember all your names (thank you!).

Vibe: the restaurant is modern, nice lighting, comfortable seating and dog friendly in the bar area (which is super nice!).

Definitely visit if you're in...

Having loved Pranzo in Ben Rhydding, we were excited about its Ilkley opening. Unfortunately, our first visit to the Ilkley venue was disappointing, but we decided to give it another try.

Sadly, it was disappointing again. The venue felt too spacious, lacking the original's cozy atmosphere, and the food quality had declined significantly. This time, some of the food was burnt. After pushing aside the burnt potatoes and eating the rest, I complained. They offered to waive the automatic service charge, but I asked to speak with the manager. She dismissed the issue as "only a few burnt potatoes," but eventually agreed to waive the charge for that dish.

On a positive note, the waiter was amazing and truly understood the importance of good customer service. However, we won't...

Popped in for late afternoon/early evening dinner last Monday. Lovely environment and decor to dine in, with a well thought out Italian menu. We all had 3 courses and found all of them to be of excellent quality - Freshly made, intere and vibrant, and the desserts were the perfect blend of style and substance. The only slight negative being it did take some time for each course to get to us (and being late afternoon, it wasn't at its busiest), and I felt the short rib special could have done with a little more to the dish - Rib, Mash and Sauce needed maybe some substance. Overall, an excellent dining experience and we shall certainly return frequently!
