Absolutely appalled by the service. They’ve messed up my order here a few times and i’ve left it as i was a regular and decided to just overlook it however this one time i ordered the whole order was completely wrong. I rang back and the manager had a conversation with me telling me my next order would be free of charge due to how many times my order was wrong. Fast forward to me ringing the shop and placing an order but they made out that this did not happen and i was not told nothing about getting my next order sorted on the house. It isn’t about the money but rather the morals. They can’t stick to their word, can’t get a simple order right and have horrible service. Also whenever i ordered the price i was told on the phone would be completely different to the price the delivery driver would give me. Take my advice and don’t bother eating here theres much...

They charged me £10 for 2 chicken burger meals, the original price was £9, but for some reason they added extra to deliver it. I ordered chilli sauce and got ketchup, they then used an excuse that they ordered their sauce from the other side of the country (even though they sell it at all local markets) he could have told me while I placed the order that they had no chilli sauce, but they used a bad excuse as to why I didn't get any. And the burger was cold, I only gave 2 stars cause the chips...

Extortion price for after 12 midnight till 5am but fair enough, i guess one can charge that price when your one of few places open till early hours

Secondly not all but a few of the staff lack customer service

Thirdly to the female who works there, im not after your dhoodh or your puddha so i dont know why you gave me a tub with a pea sized amount of mayo and then charge me 30p, oh ghasti, my lorra squirts more than that. If you like i can happily smear some across your punjabi...
