BLAND! BLAND! BLAND!🤦🏻‍♀️ First and definitely last time - will not be returning!

Both pizzas were bland - Margherita (Classic right?) WRONG!

If you advertise a Classic then get the BASICS RIGHT! Basil, mozzarella, tomatoes, seasoning, olive oil.

The sauce had no flavour, no seasoning! The chicken pizza was the same, yes had texture but again No flavour. Pizza base was awful.

If the quality is there I would happily pay £10.00+ per pizza but it evidently was not! The joy of making your own pizza dough, sauce and cost of ingredients is a fraction to what these inexperienced takeaways in Bradford are plagued with selling for profit only. They do not have a passion for food at all! (No pathetic excuses)

The lady who took the order over the phone was very helpful, no delivery service, had to collect advised order would be ready in 20minutes (she gets the first two ⭐️ ⭐️ ) reasonable timings.

The failure on what was expected from the kitchen staff (chef if that’s what your title is) should be revoked as you let the service and the team down!

It is not the speed of the product alone that matters here, it is the quality of the product that is being sent out from the kitchen which is key for repeat business.

🤦🏻‍♀️ Mak halal making a mockery of halal foods! It is becoming a common theme in Bradford! The only actual variety available to consumers is the name of the business registered with Companies House, the products are very much the same, mass produced, poor ingredients you get the gist.

To add value to the business you must work on QUALITY- enhancing your flavour profiles for a unique experience takes priority!

Invest in qualified staff, work with fresh ingredients to deliver QUALITY products to customers! Wake up people… Educate...

As soon as we in Bradford for a cultural day out we usually end up in different restaurant to have some lovely food but before we head back home to Scarborough, I usually get a phone call from my Son asking to bring some food for him As my son is very fussy with his food, I consider my self very fortunate since I first opted to try Moons Burger & CO, because since no complaints from my Son. What can I say, I met a gentleman (I think he is the owner) who recommended some food for my Son to take it all the way back to Scarborough: My Son said it is as nice as the food he use to have in Dubai Since my first visit as soon as I am in Bradford I have to visit MB&CO. You will always get the warmest welcome not just by the gentleman by all the staff (The front team of wonderful ladies, Very well Mannered, very warm smile, very polite, welcommy and very professional). I can assure you that the food still warn and nice even after a 2h drive and sometimes my son can't eat it all. Next day simple oven warming up and it still as outstanding as when first cooked (He tried Some of the recommended Chicken Burger I think it was the zinger with Nachos Sauce, Parmesan Chicken, Smach Beef Burger, double pate cheese burger and pizza's the last order this past Thursday was Deal-2/buzzer number 17 and I can honestly say the food was outstanding, Quality wise and even the packaging and wrapping outstanding).
