Very poor order handling, the guys taking telephone orders and dealing with customers have no system. I had telephone order, told will be ready in 35mins. i was there after 35mins, curley chief asked me of my order, told him the name it was under and order items, Got told it's not ready need to wait. 20mins later, got in queue again, to a different employee, told order, as soon as he heard pizza he said pizzas are late you need to wait, I said Can you check how long though, He ignored and moved to next customer. 1hr 15mins from order time I said can you check please.. went round back, asked name and order again and said they don't have the order... Asks me who placed the order . i said wife.. says probably placed it at a different branch!? See the number in photo.

Same thing happened last Ramadan when I was told they are very busy and it can take longer than what I was told, only to find out an hour later that they don't have the order. Now either wait more or go elsewhere.

Is it really that hard to confirm order when someone walks in, take payment and check against your order record.

This is the main Rajas branch and is on the corner of great horten and Summerville road. Very busy mainly in the evenings. I've dealt with nice and quick and the time that they say that it will take is usually spot on. The pizzas are probably the best in town! A wide variety of flavours to choose from. The burgers and Southern fried chicken are spot on and better than majority of the places around. Reasonably priced and recently revamped decor inside. The stuff very friendly. A lot of students around the area and so can be quite busy at certain times. But usually the food is served nice and quick. Few seating tables inside but not really a dine-in experience as just one or two tables. Never been disappointed with their food. Parking is available on the main road or on the side road but no car park and usually sometimes hard to find a spot so you might have to walk a little bit. No wheelchair access as it has one or two steps to get in and so not ideal for accessible chairs. Good customer service and friendly staff with lovely food. I went to the grill, next door. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I found the place to be clean which is often rare at your more value type food joints. The menu offers a good variety and great value for money. In particular, the grills, burgers and steak meals looked like a steal at £5 or less. The food was filling and had lots of flavour. I went for peri peri chicken, and I think although it's not marinated as fine as nandos, the rice is far better, the combination of a leg and breast is appreciated and the sauces compliment the food very well. I then bought the Terry's orange chocolate cheesecake with ice cream and my friend bought the oreo cheesecake. Both very good value for money, much cheaper than icestone gelatos and not even comprising on taste. The service was second to none. A dude called Sadim, waitered us and he was catering to our needs, checking if we were okay and generally just pleasant. Great stuff,...
