If your looking for a classy dessert parlour in Bradford, then Heavenly Desserts is the one. This is just the place to fulfil all your dessert dreams. Heavenly Desserts is a relatively new place, but they have made a lot of noise since they’ve opened.

On our first visit, we had waiting times of more than 30 mins. The que was spilling out on to the street due to its popularity. It was well worth the wait though.

Inside the atmosphere is amazing. The interior design of this parlour sets the standard. It has a very posh feel and vibe. Their is ample comfortable seating available over two floors. However, the upstairs is very popular due to the layout and decor.

The menu is detailed and extensive with all the traditional items included, as you would expect. We love the fact that you can fully customise any dessert you like, by choosing a base, then adding toppings, sources and Gelato scoops. A full guide is given at the back of the menu. However, if you don’t want to be creative, you can always select something from the many ready available options.

We ordered a Brownie Explosion as this was tempting just by the picture. It was absolutely tantalising to say the least, something we have never seen before. The Brownie explosion was served with hot fresh chocolate brownies, teamed with gloriously smooth Stracciatella and Hazelnut Gelato ice cream, generously doused in Belgian milk chocolate sauce and with some fresh cream. It was well worth it, we wouldn’t hesitate to order this again!

We also tried their Mocha Frappe. This is described as a shot of espresso with chocolate sauce, milk and whipped cream on top. It was nice once your taste buds were adjusted to it.

On our recent visit to Heavenly Desserts, we ordered a Cinnamon flavoured Cafe Latte. It was a decent Espresso Coffee. They prepare the coffee using only the finest 100% Arabica beans, sourced from five Latin countries. We also tried the Affogato. This was a interesting new concept for us, in which a Heavenly Gelato scoop was drowned in a shot of hot espresso coffee. It did turn out to be unusually nice.

If you really enjoyed your dessert, then they sell ingredients which you can purchase to bake at home. They sell jars with brownie ingredients in them ready to make. There’s a variety of flavours to choose from.

If you are celebrating, then they provide complimentary sparkles for birthdays.

The customer service is excellent. The staff ask if this is your first visit, if so they explain the different options in the menu well.

Unlike some other parlours where you pay upfront, here you only pay when you leave. Card payment is available.

A decent size Prayer room is available for you to use. Their is no car park, however you will easily find lots of on-street parking nearby.

We absolutely recommend Heavenly Desserts. Our Rating: 10/10.

UPDATE: They now have a new menu, with Vegan options available. However, they have stopped serving fresh cream with all their desserts. Also stopped...

I had heard a lot about this particular place through recommendation from colleagues.

Reluctantly I thought just go for it!

Sheesh was I in for a surprise...... What the Why?!?

Vanilla Milk Cake: I doubt an actual vanilla pod has ever been introduced in the “Heavenly Desserts” kitchen, definitely absent from this cake!

A very poor attempt to say the least. The only thing that did contain Vanilla was the email confirmation of my order along with the paper receipt, other than that..... beyond BLAND! No taste just a weak texture. The ratio of sponge to cream was another disappointment! There was nothing heavenly about this purchase, if anything it left me wanting to start baking and dropping off a sample of humble sodding pie!

The FAR CRY from a Royale American Waffle!🙄

Waffle Batter was not fresh (claggy texture), Nutella OVERLOAD (sickly) Again the balance was all wrong!

That Hazelnut ice cream is terrible! An Insult to Gelato🤣

The menu selection was average, very much the same repetition style of desserts which are available throughout Bradford!

The price charged per dessert certainly does not reflect the product received at all!

Q: Why does Bradford have so many eateries and not one that can deliver to a high standard?

A: Because quantity over quality is the sad riding factor!

Heavenly Desserts fall short on hitting the mark, places as such continue feeding the masses by using cheap ingredients which are reflected in the poor desserts lacking in quality, best to leave perfection to the actual...

The shop gets a straight 10/10 for cleanliness and presentation. The displays were sparkling and food was well presented in them. I ordered a pistachio milk cake to take out. The cake was 4/10, not these guys' fault- it's the manufacturer of the cake they use. The sponge to cream ratio was 1:2, I would have preferred there to be more sponge/cake in the dessert rather than heavy cream and condensed milk. If you want a banging spongy milk cake that isn't soggy, Caramel on Wilmslow Rd is the best place.

When I was ordering my milk cake in branch, the lead/manager (blonde lady with glasses) was being really rude to her staff in between taking my order. She had an accusatory tone and was aggressively asking each one of her staff members which one of them turned the AC on because there was a family in the dining area who had asked for the AC to be turned off. One of the staff accidentally turned it on and she was really irate about it, it put me off, I wouldn't like my manager speaking to me with that condescending tone. We're all human and make mistakes, to patronise your team like that in front of customers? it's NEVER that deep and bad customer service. She also dumped my bag on the counter like she was doing me a favour. I'll let that slide though. Just give her extra training in customer...

Our go to dessert parlour in Bradford: lively atmosphere; family friendly; and a plethora of tantalising dessert choices ❤️ 1. Vast array of dessert choices: we've tried many different desserts, all delightfully made; the milk cakes are one of my favourites, rich and compact; the martinis are amazing and refreshing; menu is updated on a regular basis - all halal and not licensed, perfect! 👍 2. Plenty of seating / can have long waiting time: large / plenty of seating inside; family friendly; we went on a Sunday evening / got our desserts in 15 mins! 3. Customer service: polite and to the point 😉 - Waiters always happy to help with any needs during the meal 4. Prayer room facilities: for those inclined that way ask management, local Masjid 5 mins walk away 5. Busy area with street parking: on a busy road food with free parking; if no places in front of the parlour try near Bombay Stores (5 min walk)
