We called around 5 to book a table, (which was cutting it close) they never took our name however when we arrived the team was very friendly, eventhough they were busy for iftar they seated us.
Negatives Parking is limited yellow lines everywhere. The toilet floor was wet ( I'm assuming somone did wudu, however when I went back it was clean. )
Positives The food was amazing fish pakora was honestly the best I've ever tasted. The chips were crispy hot and fresh. The lamb chops were juicey and tender not the best I've had but definitely up there. The chicken donner was a little dry however hot and fresh. The best till last the chicken karahi was the best I've had to date and the naan was crispy and fresh. The sauces were amazing especially the chutney so unique. All food full of flavour and fresh!!!!! The service was amazing I can not fault it. Honestly props to the staff you can tell they respect and train the staff well. This was the first time we came here after family recommend, I will definitely be back again for a special occasion and bring the family. I forgot the 2 waiter and waitresses names downstairs (henna) I think but 10/10. The drinks were boycott friendly! The bill, now it depends how you look at it, for the experience and the quality of food it was 100% worth it it came to around £70 (2 people) just over however we did get extra salad and 4 drinks.
I would recommend anyone to come here it's worth it. I am from Bradford so I am very picky as we have lots of places to eat.
Overall I would give a 9.5 / 10
Suggestions [] Clear signage and way point to Parking would help or suggestions best places to park. Mabey writing on your website a guide or on Google.
I recommend everyone to try.
I had some amazing pictures however I took them on my wife's phone.
Alhamdulillah may Allah bless you and the Restaurant with success...
Read moreUpdate Hi, thanks for your response. Unfortunately I booked via facebook messenger, therefore did not see the disclaimer on the website, I would have expected to be told on messenger of this when booking. Im not sure why we were seated on the worst table, we booked well in advance. Personally I do not think that table is at all suitable for eating on a busy Saturday night. Anyway, like I said, the food we had was nice enough so we may try again on a weekday.
Thanks, Kyle
Booked a table on a Saturday teatime at 6pm. We arrived and waited at the bar for a bit to then be sat at a high table on stools, right in front of the doors. It wasn't really a suitable tabke to a family meal.
They had loud music, sports and was very busy. There was some people we saw going to the smoking area who couldn't walk properly as they were so drunk.
It felt like we were sitting having a meal in a night club in all honesty. Not relaxing at all.
The food what we had was nice though, but was difficult to enjoy in such a hectic, chaotic atmosphere.
They had deliveroo drivers coming in an out through the doors next to us, as well as people constantly going to the toilets and smoking area and people waiting for a table.
If your wanting a nice relaxing family feiendly dining experience then definitely do not visit on a Saturday evening.
We may try again as we liked the food, but would only try on a week day, but the experience we had on this Saturday has put us off a bit, but we will see.
I believe they have another room downstairs, maybe it might be worth then thinking about having a separate room for diners who dont want to sit in the...
Read moreVisited here a year ago gave it 5 star review staff couldn't do enough for you. Food was really good, Visited last night 25th Jan 2025 can not belief the diff a year makes. We sat down our partners went to the bar for drinks, minutes later we was asked by a member of staff had we booked a table. I said no she said that the table was booked I said oh I am sorry why isn't there a reserved sign on to say so.,she replied very abruptly we don't use them. There were several more empty tables so we moved to another table only to get the attention from a bar man who pointed his finger to gesture not that one. I then went to the bar to ask where we could sit. I explained to out partners who was still waiting to be served not to order drinks as we can't find an empty table even though we could clearly see at least 6 empty tables. I asked the bar men if they could tell us where we could sit they politely said it's not up to us we just serve the drinks ask the manager, they pointed to the manager I asked him he said they were all reserved i again said why don't you put reserved signs on the tables then the customers know where they can sit. He said we've lost them all. I mean come on how hard can it be to write on a piece of paper reserved I asked you. He then said again very off handed the door man would tell you where you can sit. But there was no door man or women when we arrived on the door. The girl who aventually came to say the table was booked was chatting away with another member of staff. So a year later this place as gone from five star to one star reason being incompetent and very rude staff. We...
