Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Breckland District

I must say, since moving to Swaffham, this Costa has always been my favourite place to go for coffee and a lovely atmosphere.

The staff are always kind, friendly and have wonderful smiles all round.

Today was another example of their outstanding customer service.

I'd brought along my little furry friend, Bug, who I'm currently looking after. Unfortunately, Bug wasn't allowed in the building, which is understandable. However, one of the members of staff came out and offered to watch him outside while I went in. I mean, I don't blame her, Bug is adorable (see photo).

This resulted in both myself and Bug enjoying a delicious beverage together.

My favourite local Costa coffee. Every time I've been the place is clean, there's never a long wait, the staff are always fabulous and friendly. Most importantly the drinks are made correctly here, I've been to several costas that seem to have poorly trained staff that don't make the drinks correctly and you can really tell. Never had an issue here. They've also always been attentive to and respectful of my little boy when he's with me - ensuring his drink is the right temperature (not too hot! As again often the case in other costas). Would strongly recommend this Costa above all others...

Went into costa and it went downhill from there. There was only 1 person trying to serve like 7 people and there was a member standing at a table just talking about stuff so I went up to her (believe her name was Niamh) and politely asked if she could help the other member of staff as they needed help and had a que and she just turned round and said no because I'm talking to my friend and I was gobsmacked.
