Best choice kebab & pizza — Restaurant in Bristol

Unfortunately I have to amend my previous review. I'm not sure if the ownership has changed but the food has. The kebab meat seems different, much more bland and the quality of the food is not what it was. The potato wedges are not like they used to be and burgers are not as nice. Overall it's OK but a shame for the change in quality.

Absolutely wonderful food. Kebab meat is very good taste and standard (best we've tried in the area), chicken sheesh is tasty and has a lovely chargrilled flavour, chicken kebab is delicious with no fatty bits like some places. Burgers are excellent and the pizza is fantastic it has tasty cheese and toppings (unlike some of the bigger brand companies) and they have a nice base. The homemade potato wedges are very good, they have such a nice flavour. I sometimes ask for requests such as no sweetcorn on a particular pizza, and they always read the notes and adjust accordingly. Everything is consistently good. They deliver in great time and staff are always so friendly. Thank you so much for your great food...

3x in a row received not so great food Last 2 days in a row received burnt food Complained to owner Jenghiz said brother I am really sorry terrible staff what can I do So I gave him another chance Today kebab and pizza good but chips burnt Called up to let boss Jenghiz know Instead of looking into matter He was very hot headed and was so rude Told me he sell chips to 100 customers today (100 he must be ahead of McDonalds lol)

Said nobody complained I said send your driver back as he just left il send food back or give me your number il WhatsApp you picture , he just mouthed off at me when I was highlighting issue , instead of good customer service he was very rude angry and defensive Even after I offered to send food back or send picture as proof !

I also showed his driver (who says he manages social media for him) pics of food last 2days in a row

He said he will show boss man !

Someone please tell me is that...

My father ordered from here for his birthday meal; the delivery was due 35mins after ordering, he called when it was 45mins late (so 1h 20mins after ordering). He was told they didn't have the flavour ice cream that he requested, but they were 'too busy' to call him, when he said he'd have gone elsewhere if he knew it would take so long to arrive he was told "next time, do go somewhere else", absolutely unreal.

My father agreed to the change in ice-cream flavour... But they ever-so-intelligently put it on top of the pizza box in the thermal bag, meaning the pizza was warm at best and the ice cream was melted. This also took 35mins to arrive after he called, so roughly 2h from initial order.

Impressively poor service, we'll both take their advice and order elsewhere in future and strongly suggest...
