I visited this place with my friends on a night out as I accept that one of my friends was being a bit loud. The tone of the place is quite subdued and perhaps she was a bit much. However the barman was so rude to someone we met there who wasn’t even with us! He started complaining to her rather than talking to us directly! Further to this, he was so rude. Great little local ale House. The only drawback here is that it is, indeed - little, so don't go if you are not prepared to potentially stand with your drink! That said, Snuffy’s is about conversation and friendships and you will find it a welcoming and friendly place to while away a hour or two without the corporate trappings of so many of the large chain establishments. We went for a storytelling by candlelight night and both ended up telling stories. It was really good fun! There were a range of tales to suit all tastes and the way it was arranged was good.

We met some lovely people and there was a good range of drinks, including nice soft drinks.
