Nice coffee in a pleasant environment, even if it is a bit copy-and-paste-y from any other modern coffee chain. The staff are friendly and it's never too crowded. Although it doesn't have any outdoor seating, on a nice day the front windows fold completely away, making for a nice place to sit and watch the world go by.

The ham, cheese and mozzarella panini are to die for (lovely and warm). Cappuccino was absolutely brilliant (so was the Cappuccino cake!) But it can be so ridiculously slow, especially during the morning rush when they only seem to have one person working at a time, and they've got click and collect orders coming in. I have no idea how these people stay so calm. The thing to do is take a seat, wait for the queue to go down, and then order a coffee. But it shouldn't be that way.
