Pizzarova — Restaurant in Bristol

I was incredibly excited to come here after hearing the praises this restaurant had online. But I was unfortunately really disappointed.

Starting with the positives, it had very fast service, the pizza was out quick and the drinks even quicker. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The sourdough base was incredibly nice as well, having a addictive flavour and nice chew. The restaurant also looked very appealing. A nice rustic feel and very welcoming.

Unfortunately that's all the nice I can say about this place.

When I was sat down my table was dirty, we had to use dirty used menus and the table was only swiped quick with a table cloth. The floor was also covered in what I assume was flour.

The seats are also not very comfortable, the benches are to small to sit comfortably and the chairs arent any better. The door was also kept open and it ended up being very cold, which made the pizza cold fast.

Onto the pizza, I ordered the margarita so I'll be talking about that.

The tomato sauce was incredibly overpowering, normally that isn't much of a issue for me but it was also quite acidic which ruined and masked all other tastes, it wasn't helping with the fact the cheese was completely tasteless.

I really wanted to enjoy this place but I unfortunately didn't. I hope others who enjoy this place continue to do so, and again thank you to the lovely staff...

I love coming here! Last night, I brought a friend that was visiting the area to experience the amazing pizza! We ordered with their QR code and the drinks came out quickly, which was amazing! The order for the pizza unfortunately got lost in the system. Customer service was amazing and everyone was so kind.
