Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Bristol

I recently visited the Costa Coffee in Henleaze and had a genuinely great experience. The cafe is laid out really well, very spacious with a nice open feel, which made it easy to relax. I also loved the furniture design; it’s modern and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant vibe.

Customer service was excellent. As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted my friend and me with a warm smile, which set a positive tone right away. I ordered a chocolate frappuccino and my friend went for a latte, along with two chocolate brownies. The frappuccino was smooth, rich, and topped with just the right amount of cream , exactly what I needed. The brownies were a standout: fresh, moist, and full of flavour. My friend had never tried a latte before, and now he’s hooked thanks to this visit!

What really took me by surprise was the table service, something I’ve never experienced at any other Costa. It was such a nice touch and made the whole experience feel more personal and relaxed.

Not a great experience. The coffee quality varies widely, i.e. the flat whites are a hit and miss business. Close to the closing time the staff only cares about going home early. I was studying at 15:15 and the team leader shouted -“we are closing the carpet area at 15:30!”… Please and/or thank you are always appreciated. Then the staff turned away several clients 20min before closing time… I am really not impressed with the lack of customer service. At 15:40 the team leader came back saying they were closing in 20 min. Again no signs of politeness. I grabbed my stuff and went; I was clearly not welcome there. I won’t come back.

In Henleaze the Coffee #1 is the better option both for the service and quality...

Bad place, when I've seen reviews I was thinking that this place is good to stay, have paid £45 for "luxury room"... It was shocke!!!! ones I've arrived to this please from the very long trip. No comments, just pictures. I think they can tell you more then I could do. No breakfast. This place havent offer you non! But I don't think if I could even try it. I haven't seen no kitchen and not even a small kettle in the room to have a tea. Dirty place, no comments... By the way, toilet isn't insuit it's public for...
