Evening menu was damn good, best asparagus I've had, ribs were close to perfection, Thai soup lovely level of spice for everyone. Arancini decent, prawns were undeniable, all fresh all well served, staff were attentive and recommended a perfect cold rose for a hot day. Orzo perfect pallet cleansing fresh. Hard to fault and best in the area by a long way. Maybe turn the music up a touch. Touch of extra salt on steak would work for me. New and wasn't sure initially but thoroughly convinced, our new best place.

Very busy, even on weekdays. However, simple yet delicious brunch menu. I ordered a roja avo toast with a fried egg and my friend got mushroom and scrambled eggs on toast. The sourdough bread was good but a bit tough. Salsa flavours were absolutely divine. The small serving of salad on the side was seasoned to perfection. We paid approx 19£ for the two mains. We also ordered a flat white and a matcha latte, all i’d say is that i’ve had better matcha elsewhere in bristol.

At the recommendation of a local resident of Henleaze, I decided to give this café a go one sunny morning. It is a buzzing and lively place. Feels like a social hub for the neighbourhood. A perfect place to have a morning cuppa and get you going for the day!

My first visit and at first I thought ‘how fab’ and really enjoyed my iced coffee - it was lovely!

But as time went on, the staff started to become very unprofessional. Swearing, winding one another up and seems like they forgot a paying customer was in their company. I was the only person in there at that point and despite several glances in their direction, the behaviour continued. I decided to work from Loafer for the afternoon as I was working from home and had no calls or meetings but I couldn’t work in that environment. It was very unprofessional and no manners in front of customers.

I hope this is addressed as it would be a shame if others experienced the same thing and decided not to return. It’s a great addition to the high street in Henleaze so would like to...

Nice enough food, my table enjoyed their dishes, my quiche slice was small though. Unfortunately the service was pretty incompetent, I'm sorry to say, the man serving us didn't know how to serve decently. I'm not expecting high end restaurant service but a little more competent, they forgot to bring us a couple of things we ordered, they mixed up one of our dish with another table's dish and the serving itself was lackluster (a coffee was given from the opposite corner of the large table so the server stretched across to reach the recepient instead of walking around to be next to him). The chairs are not padded although cushions are available on the benches but even with that, a pretty uncomfortable sit. The decor was nice and the place...
