Arrived at 18.40 to pick up my too good to go bag as said to pick up between 18.30 -19.30. While standing in the queue I heard someone in front asking for too good to go bag the assistants were saying we haven’t done them yet, when I got to the front and asked the lady serving she said we’re not doing them tonight. So I asked about refund she said you will have to go on app and get it but her attitude was rude. Came in for hot chocolate and coffee today before football game. The site was extremely busy as you would expect pre match. We ordered 3 hot chocolate and 1 latte. The order was mis heard and made in glass cups. When we corrected the order as a takeaway the drinks were tipped into takeaway cups but 2 thirds full. When we raised we only had a part drink we were sneered and laughed at for raising. It is not a customers fault that the staff are busy and orders get misheard.
