Been here twice now and have found the security staff to be absolutely awful! I am a disabled man and have to have my medical bag with me when I am out. The first time I came here with my Dad, a security GUARD took my bag and had a look inside my bag (I understand it's their job etc), but to take me medical stuff out in full view of everyone was extremely embarrassing and emotional for me. Fast forward a year later (Saturday 2nd August), me and my Dad saw a guy in a motor wheelchair trying his best to enter another entrance with his mate, only for the idiot security guy to refuse him entry! I was with my Dad and a idiot security guy told me to take my baseball cap off when entering the so called pub! In the PUB itself I saw a few City fans wearing baseball caps. The owner shouldn't be involved in the pub owning business at all. Security got NO respect for disabled people like myself and the guy with the motor wheelchair (hope he is OK?) I am a disabled man, and me and my Dad showed our season card, then my Dad went in and a security guard came across and said "give me your bag!" Now I get panicky (can't help it), when confronted by someone. The first security guard was ok and let us go. But the bloke in question was appalling! I have to have my bag with me when I go out for medical reasons. My Dad even said to him to give me my bag back. He did, but after that experience, I was shook up and upset. Wish the pub was demolished...
