Check your bag if getting a take away, items missing and mixed up, they can't tell the difference between coleslaw and gravy for example, should of just said this is how much I have to spend, and I'm in it to win it. Is more than 10 chips per portion, especially a large portion an unrealistic expectation or am I just suffering from starch withdrawal symptoms? Normally I would question the intelligence of the guy serving behind the counter, but in fairness to him it was quite busy, he was serving on his own, while there were at least five other employees behind the hot plate. We've all seen it while out and about, one man sweating busting his balls digging while six others lean on their shovels, smoking and scratching their arses, while watching him, that's what I was reminded of. I don't live within walking distance, so thought I'd phone to let them know about the results of my lucky dip, but call was not answered, guess they were too busy scratching their holes. KFC is KFC where ever you go, this outlet serves up KFC, it's just the quantity, the food temperature and what you didn't select, that make this outlet stand out from the crowd. I would have taken a photographic evidence, but unfortunately had eaten all of my chips, before I had time to reflect on my meal. So if you fancy slow fast food, are willing to participate in a food lottery, to feel hungrier than you felt pre-meal and willing to pay for the privilege, this restaurant comes...

Like McDonalds I have never used the drive-through always going in.

Almost always a Takeaway. The place is pleasant enough, never any problem with the staff. The main problem is being so close to Ashton Gate it can especially on Match Days get very packed and busy.

I have never used yet the new touch-screen terminals but I note with the new order system showing order numbers on a monitor and whether ready to collect is a real improvement like McDonalds.

The fries now a new recipe, being thicker and in their skins are particularly good. The main reason you will go in a KFC is the food and while I do love the crispy fillets, popcorn chicken and the baked beans.

There is nothing like and ever will anything to beat Original Recipe Chicken, yummy. I can confirm a 6 piece Bargain Bucket is quite enough for two people. It is as they say Finger...

I'm a fan of KFC, I enjoy their food, however when it's prepared and served by an extremely unorganised staff, who have "lost the keys" to the self serve machines, and having to tell this to everyone who fails to receive any receipt and approaches the till (because putting a sign up would be far too taxing a task), and then extremely slowly deals with the smallest request at collection for some ketchup, once you actually have your food order (which is wrong and incorrectly setup to eat in when my order is visible behind on a screen saying so) unfortunately the wait makes you wish you'd not bothered. I would understand the issues if they were extremely busy, but there were only one delivery courier in there at the time and their drive thru was shut... If KFC wants people to return to their establishments, then they ought to weed these...
