Curry Raj — Restaurant in Bristol

First of all, the food came late then apparently we received a completely different order after trying some of that food and then we realised it wasn't what we ordered, we rang said this is not the right order, after some time they came again asking back for the mistaken order, I was like I had some food already from that coz I didn't know at first and the driver said that's fine I take all back... at that point we were discussed about it and decided put everythingback from our plates. So we received our food eventually but again, we suppose to have 4 containers with food but received only 3. We rang again politely for the 3rd time asking we are missing this container, guy on the phone was rude pretending speaking bad English and said eventually the container is on its way. Guess what 🤣 we never got it, we end up eating dry rice 🤦‍♂️😄. We rang to make a complaint and get refund but they couldn't do it. Definitely one of the worst services. Now the next morning my stomach hurts, I'm definitely taking this further.

Came late, delivered wrong food, disgusting service the driver was taking back the food knowing that's already been tasted. Then we never got out 4th container then we didn't get refund what can i say - Disgusting,...

I have been reading all the reviews again and did so before ordering takeaway last night and I couldn't have been more disappointed: the man who we spoke to on the phone was very curt, he hung up on us twice and by the time the food arrived (almost an hour later despite him saying it wouldn't be longer than 30mins) we opened the boxes to find our order was wrong, some of the vegan dishes were not vegan and of course thanks to the delay the restaurant was closed. I had ordered a Vegetable Biryani that happened to be exactly the same as the Vegetable Rice side my partner had ordered, except it came in a bigger box and it had a slice of cooked cucumber and a thick slice of raw tomato in it (?). There were no nuts and all the green veg (a few peas and three runner beans) were soggy and brownish. Nothing was fresh, and the rice had been basically boiled and cooked with a bit of curry, which made it quite bland and not tasty in spite of the spiciness. And, surprise surprise, there was no bill in the bag... I am happy this is such a successful place and maybe they were just having a bad night, but I will not...

As a regular customer I have become accustomed to a certain quality provided by this establishment, which was definitely not delivered on this occasion

The lack of concern for the catalogue of errors caused by Curry Raj was rather disheartening, and may impact my decisions to use them again.

I appreciate mistake happen but 4?! Firstly the new delivery driver ignored the request NOT to press the buzzer and to call or text when outside.

Next on checking the order the wrong flavoured nan was sent, again not an issue. However the request not to include onions in one of the curries was a very dangerous dietary requirement to ignore and has meant my fiancée can not eat his meal. Finally the free veggie side (I choose bombay aloo) was missing and the response on calling curry raj was sorry we didnt see the notes, and told it was my loss..... I'm very saddened to have to look for an...
