Delhi Flavour — Restaurant in Bristol

This is one of the best BYO Indian Restaurant in Bristol. Just round the corner from St. George's Park on the main road so parking is at a premium, so leave plenty of time to find a space if you are visiting by car. Inside is spotless and the decor is what I would describe as modern Indian. Its not a huge place and has space for around 40-50. The staff are absolutely stars and nothing is too much trouble, and they will move tables around to fit you in. The menu is varied and very traditional, with a number of special dishes which are highly recommended. The food is very tasty and it's not trouble to adjust the heat for your liking. of course this is a byo so don't forget to bring your own drinks which which takes the cost down, a small selection of soft drinks are available if you can't be bothered to bring your own. Expect to pay around 15 to £18 for poppadoms, starter and main meal with rice and bread which is very good value. Portions are large so can be shared with within your group, don't worry if you can't finish everything, the staff will sort you out with a doggy bag to take away, again no trouble! Payment is easy and can be paid by contactless card debit card or good old fashioned cash and can be split within your group.

We visited this restaurant as a group of four – myself, my son, and his family – and I must say it was a true feast for the senses! The food was absolutely delicious, full of unique flavors and aromas that are hard to describe in words. The portions were so generous and satisfying that we couldn’t even finish everything – which was a shame, because every bite was simply outstanding.

The Indian cuisine here is pure mastery – from the spices to the freshness of the ingredients, everything is perfected down to the smallest detail. The service was incredibly warm and helpful, and we felt completely at home. You can really tell that the owners put their hearts into what they do and genuinely care about their guests’ satisfaction.

An added bonus is that you can bring your own wine or beer, which makes the evening even more special. The whole atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming.

Absolutely awful experience tried to order earlier in the week said payment went through and nothing arrived. Website just doesn’t seem to work tried ordering today and it was accepted payment went through wait over an hour and call them nothing arrives so ask when is it coming they say delivery has left and will be with you soon.

Then get an email 90 minutes after email (see screenshots) telling me it’s cancelled so I call again to be told oh you didn’t order enough so my driver didn’t want to come to you. Even though they accepted my order and was over their minimum order fee???

Then tell me the drivers gone home and that I should order in Uber eats if you want. Now have to wait and see if they even bother to process a refund and no apologies or compensation for wasting my Saturday night
