We have been a regular ordering from this restaurant for 3-4 years however the service recently has been well below what we have had in the past.

Made an order to include a tandoori mixed grill and was sent a starter platter, called to explain it was wrong and told next order they would correct free of charge, next order tandoori mixed grill was missed from order again

Called again and they offered to give two free meal deals next order, have ordered those today and just like the first order I was sent a starter platter and no tandoori mixed grill, and even though when I called to order I explained that this would be the two free meals as promised last time the drive wanted me to pay, the driver then walked away and came back again saying I hadn't said I was using the two free meals when i ordered.

When I said to the driver to just take all the food back as they still hadn't got the order correct he explained that sending a starter platter in the place of the mixed grill is always happening.

I have been using this curry house for years but now will never use again after an experience I had ,my chicken was raw And I had missing items ,when I called to complain I was swore at and told they didn’t have time to deal with my complaint -raw chicken seriously !!!! And they hung up the phone ,so I called back for a refund and to be told I had to ring the customer services no for the website I used to order ,I contacted customer services and they said they would speak to the restaurant and come back to me when they come back to me they told me that the restaurant had refused to give me a refund. How can they refuse to give me a refund when they given me raw chicken. Please people stay away from this curry house I am very disappointed and shocked as I said I have been a loyal customer for years if that is the attitude over the phone No wonder I had raw chicken . I have just ordered food from this place and got a delivery at home. I was served chicken which was off and stunk. When my guest was about to take their first bite they had to spit the food out as it was rancid. How can any chef cook chicken which is already past it's use by and not keep it fresh and refrigerated in this hot weather or even a hot kitchen. I am concerned that I will get food poisoning if I ever order there again. My guests were elderly so even more of a concern that I was about to feed them chicken which stale and potentially could cause them Salmonella poisoning. I contacted the restaurant who offered a refund for the one dish after an evening ruined by hoping for a decent supper. Beware of this place...
