All I wanted was a damn drink after the stressful evening I had already had prior to this place making me worse. The second I walked in I hated everyone staring at me the way they did including the staff at the bar looking at me like “wtf who is she?”. You need to understand also that English is not everyone’s first language here. The way the girl with red hair and glasses approached me was like a rude teacher too going “UMMMMM is it just you!?” The loud “UMMM” like a teacher is not appreciated. Then seating me like I’m expected to know it was for you to be seated and be given a menu. There is no desk at entrance to make reservation or anything so I thought I could just walk up to the bar as I did. felt like I was being treated like a baby.

Then the worst thing. How the HELL would I know it was card only with no sign or ANY way of telling me!?? You never even mentioned to me it was card only. Just expecting me to come in and know already like a mind reader? TELL PEOPLE BEFORE YOU LET THEM ORDER!! MAKE IT CLEAR!!! It wasn’t until after she made my drink that I could ask if it were to be paid in cash which could’ve been avoided if she had told me prior. Then when she knew I only had cash she went “oh imma have to take it back then”. Great 🤷‍♀️ thanks a bunch. She was nice in every other way, smiling and kindly communicating to me but overall the vibe from her and the whole place was nightmarish and nasty and hated the way I was stared at, like very confused at why I entered. Yeah, it’s called Dirty for a reason.

You will not have my custom if you can’t let me pay to my preference with legal tender. Be more considerate too that people may be foreign and not have a UK acceptable bank card and only suitable payments in cash.

I will never go here again and I will not recommend here. If I can convince people I may know NOT to go who would consider going to this place too then i definitely...

Firstly; on arrival we were told we were already late and our slot started at 3;45 ( however I booked for 4pm..) and so we already lost 15 minutes Our food was served right away and everything was cold. But that was okay, however the issues arose when we only received one drink after being there for 45 minutes, and everytime we chased up the waitress she told us to sit down, with an aggressive tone. Once we finally got a few drinks, we asked if it’s possible to then order a few at a time due to the lack of service - the bar was very very busy by 4:45 and she was the only one working. She said no, she cannot. By the end we got up to ask the bar if we could order from there and he said no we have to order from the ONE waitress inside the bar. At 5pm, the waitrsss told us it was our final order ( even though there was 30 mins left ). We asked why she said that’s the policy. So we ordered a drink and we saw a second waitress clock in and we asked if we can have a second drink due to the lack of care, service and attention and she said sure and the Asian waitress put it through for us. However we waited till 6pm and we asked where the second round was and she informed us she was told by the first waitress we were not allowed as she called last orders. Molly was absolutely fantastic from start to finish during our bottomless brunch. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such a warm and genuine smile, instantly making us feel welcome and looked after. Throughout the entire experience, Molly was incredibly attentive — making sure our glasses were never empty, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything else, and doing it all with such a friendly, positive attitude.
