Miss Millie’s – Chicken and Shakes — Restaurant in Bristol

I love Miss Millies chicken, beats KFC hands down, is just a tad more expensive than other chicken shops but the quality is so much better and so worth the money. I love the fact it is open until the early hours, which is a great way to end an evening out drinking. Staff are always friendly and they are happy to customise any order (I don't like mayo and lettuce in my chicken burger). I like getting a monster meal deal, 4 pieces of chicken, fries and a drink for less than a tenner, very filling. Food is great, staff are great and this branch has been here around 20 years or so now so has a solid reputation.

Please do not park directly in front of the shop, there are double yellow lines and not only that but both lanes are needed, if you block one up you give everyone a hard time trying to move around you, don't do it! There is parking less than a hundred...

Customer service was good but the food was awful and nothing like Miss Millies used to be. The chicken burger was abysmal, the bun itself was cheap and not the usual Miss Millies bun, think it was brought from the local supermarket and the chicken was awful and tasteless with very little of anything else in the burger. Chips were dry and cold and the three piece chicken was also tasteless. I will never eat here again or Miss Milliies anywhere else. Felt quite unwell in the morning. Used to love a Miss Millies, concentrate on improving the food rather than changing all your packaging because the product needs...

I am truly disappointed with the service I received I placed my order at 7.14pm and after several calls to the restaurant I was fobbed of I even tried to cancel as my guests had to leave as it was 9.15pm before I received my food I told the driver I was dissatisfied with the service and he had a couldn’t careless attitude left the order and drove away I feel that this needs addressing as all food was wasted and I don’t have money to throw away and at just over £30 for 3 meals is a lot to lose

Not even going to compensate but I guess at least my bin got fed will never...
