now, honestly speaking, I wanted to give six stars, or maybe even ten but i don't have the option here, so I'll give five...

we came multiple times for iftaar here and each time, as a sweet gesture, we were given dates and water (extras) as well as the food we ordered too! today, we were given pretty drinks/milkshakes, samosas, pillaw rice, fruit salad and dates as a sweet gesture to break our fast, and we were genuinely so flustered 😆

the service is always impeccable, right from the start ... every employee hardworking yet very fast, kind and respectful too.

so, the food we order each time is always higher than the standard, always unexpectedly ones up itself and does better each time^^ the wings definitely being better than nandos, for sure, and especially as spicy food, im grateful that I was able to experience these wonderful recipes with truly amazing flavours, always always perfect☆ The deserts and waffles are always so pretty and we were given deserts as pretty as the pictures on the menu, almost exactly the same!◇ The burgers too, just, everything is so perfect and spicy and everyone there was really really nice, it was so so wholesome:) Again, thank you so much to everyone today, and I hope 'My Treats' does really really well in the future too - it really deserves all the compliments it does, everyone is so sweet there, and we were...

Awful experience - deserves 0 stars. STORE COMMITTING UBER FRAUD. During the below experience the manager insisted I only request a refund via uber even though the store were at fault NOT uber. This is because the store will still be paid even if I get a refund from uber. Ordered food via Uber - 1/4 of the order arrived. called store, spoke to "manager" who said "I knew this would happen, the driver has left the rest of the food in the store, here it is I can see it but you'll need to request a refund from uber." We were very baffled as the store had not offered to re-send the remaining order even though it was made and in the store - it made no sense for the food to go to waste and for me to request a refund. I offered to collect the food at which point the manager changed his story to stating the delivery driver had taken the food- suggesting the driver has stolen the food?? or incorrectly delivered it. I asked the "manager" why he had lied initially and he said it was him offering good customer service and being polite. We were left with
